If you'd like to make a booking to use the Centre, please complete the provision booking form below. (Hourly Rate £20 / hour)

NOTE: This form is only a provisional enquiry and to confirm your booking a £20 deposit (in cash) and signed Booking Form (Terms and Conditions) must be completed within two weeks of the original enquiry before your booking will be confirmed. A Willow Road Community Centre Volunteer will be in touch with you to facilitate this.
